That's what I've spent ten years doing - across payments, banking, and fintech platforms that touch people's money, their livelihoods, and increasingly, their access to the formal economy. I lead teams, I shape strategy, and I still care deeply about the detail. Because in financial services, the detail is where trust is built or broken.
